This question is regarding the laws of NEVADA.

We have incorporated here in Nevada but when we went to open a corporate bank account, we were told that we could not open a corporate account unless we have an actual storefront -- something about security after 9/11. I am an inventor/supplier who sells primarily to the military/casinos/city government and the like, so have never needed an actual storefront. I have a warehouse and a shipper who drop-ships my product from that warehouse, but the bank says that won't do.

Can you tell me if this law is truly on the books in Nevada and if so, how I can operate a business as a corporation? Must I go the the expense of having an actual storefront when I don't sell to the public? I have been operating this way as a sole proprietorship for 15 years but now have expanded into a corporation, thus, the reason for the corporate bank account.

Thanksl
