I received a parking summons in Delray Beach, FL. It listed about 20 preprinted different offenses, each with the prescribed fine. However, my infraction(parking in a right turn lane) was written in by the police officer under "Other" and did not list any dollar amount as a fine.

Does that mean I don't have to pay anything? I'm not trying to be a wise guy, but I have heard that if a traffic ticket is "Improperly Written", it can not be legally enforced. Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks. Rose
