What is the name of your state? FL

Hi. I am about to set up as a private practioner providing behavioral intervention to children with developmental disabilities. This is very small scale at the moment. I'm going to be running as a sole proprietorship. I will be dealing with Protected Health Information however with respect to keeping files on my clients for assessment and treatment monitoring purposes. How do I find out what is legally required of me in terms of the HIPAA regulations?

Thanks in advance.
