I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Write the motion on Pleading paper.

P.S. Post on this thread if you have more questions - not on the "Knucklehead" thread.

P.S.S. Please let me know the outcome of your motion.

Thank you very much IAAL for all your help. I hope that it will pay-off for me on the judgement day, next Tuesday.

IF I MAY, THREE MOR QUESTIONS:

1. Can I file Motion for a Verified Complaint in person on the appointed date?

2. If judge decide to accept the merits of the motion - than what happens next and do
I still have to plead that day?

3. I am going to Harbor Court in Costa Mesa - any experience with this court?

Thanks!!!
