What is the name of your state? NJ
I was involved with a man who registered a corporation in NJ. He did nothing else..no accounts..no stamp. He never used the corporation, however, my name is somewhere on there as an officer or something. Needless to say the man has left and I need to get my name off the corporation. I am already in financial turmoil from this man and would like to just move on. Any help would be so appreciated.
