My question is in requrds to rights to company phone number... We own the company name and have been paying the phone bills ... but because we couldnto get bellsouth in our area it was placed at father in laws home... Now phone company wont transfer the number . even thought we pay 600 a month to advertise it in phone book .. can the phone co or father in law be held liable for our loss of income on this issue ifs its advertised for Our company name and they are doing the work that comes through on phone number
