I am 50% stock owner, and hold officer titles of secretary and treasurer, the other 50% owner has officer titles of president and VP. I am Managing Director/CEO of company and he is President and Sales Manager.
My corporate partner wants to buy my 50% interest but was told by an attorney since he is President he has the right to 'let me go' (fire me)...is this true?
