I would be married 10 years in december. For the past year and a half I have been trying to work things out with my husband. Financially mostly... It really hit me when my daughter said her favorite time of the day is 9pm when she doesn't have to hear mommy and daddy"talking loud"Any way my question is out of the 10 years of marrige i worked 2 years mostly to stay home with our daughter and take care of home. Would I be entilted to alimony along with child support and until the divorce is finalized since my husband claims he has no where to go would we have to live together since we are both on the deed?
