TEXAS I am in a LLC partnership with one other person (50%/50%) . We are both married. Our husbands did not sign any paperwork concerning the business. How much control do the men have?  My partner's husband is trying to take control . He informed me that HE OWNS HALF. What are my rights? please read and give advice to this and my other questions posted! I really need advice quick! Thank you!

Misunderstanding

Obviously the other member's spouse does not understand the difference between community property and ownership. The spouse is correct that unless specifically kept as the member's separate property, the spouse does have a community property right in the interest, but that does not mean he has the right to vote the interest.
