I AM TRYING TO GET INFO TOGETHER TO FILE DIVORCE. THE MAIN INFO I NEED IS TEXT MESSAGES FROM A CELL PHONE PROVIDER. I AM TOLD THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE ACTUAL MESSAGES IS TO ISSUE A SUBPOENA TO THE WIRELESS COMPANY. DO I HAVE TO ALREADY HAVE DIVORCE PAPERS ISSUED TO GET THE SUBPOENA OR CAN I HAVE MY LAWYER ISSUE THE REQUEST WITHOUT THE ACTUAL DIVORCE PAPERS FILED.
