What is the name of your state? CA
I was accused of trespassing on government property when delivering food to a friend. They fined me for illegal parking and trespassing. This was a year ago and now I am asked to appear in court. I can not get any details from the US District Court where I am to appear. My request to appear does not indicate any collateral (amount due).
What am I in for? Should I get an attorney?
Just an FYI to you all...there are 2 types of trespassing and I was not trespassing. The Military police were on their high horse when they wrote the violation. I got off this time!!!!!
