I am currently married w/ 2 children and pregnant with a third. I am being both emotionally and financially abused. I have also recently discovered that my husband has had several extra-marital affairs. I would like to have a general idea of what my rights would be should we separate. Would he have to support me and the kids? Would he be responsible for child care expenses if I go to work? Would he have to pay for my prenatal care? Also, should I decide to seek legal representation, would he have to pay for it? Any information you could give me would be very appreciated. I am at a loss and I don't know what to do.
