What is the name of your state? Missouri

I have a friend that was charged with a crime and they are curious if it is illegal to be seen visiting with some one that is a convicted felon that just recently was released from prison. Thanks for advice.

-No, consorting with known felons is not a crime..unless it is a term of probation or parole. But you know the old saying..."guilty by association".

Thanks for info. This person was very afraid that it could be held against them in thier case if someone saw them together even if it was an accident.
