Four of us opend a bird store. We agreed to sell birds we raised on consignment to the store. Nothing in writing. Now i want my money for the birds that i have sold. They don't think they have to pay me because i am a partner.
I have sent them a letter that if the invoice is not paid by the 25th of this month i will take them to small claims court.
