Dating While Legally separated

My STB ex has informed me, that he can date someone while we are legally separated.

Is this true? I think he's trying to test me into believing he's going to start his life over very soon and I'm really happy about that!!! It'll get him out of whatever hair I have left on my head.

Of course it is true. Hell, he could date WHILE you were married, why should the legal separation be any different??
