A family member (who is on the police force) told me that he thought in Kansas, it is illegal for the buisness that I worked for {a small bar & grill, less than 15 employees} to run a bar tab for anyone, let alone the employees; as it is illegal for the buisness to "charge" alcohol to anyone. He says that I shouldn't have to pay it at all because of this. Is he right? Is his statement true?
