Stop sign

What is the name of your state? NJ
I received a ticket in the mail stating that I failed to stop at a stop sign.
Is this a real ticket? Can the police assume that if my car didn't stop that I was the driver?

Call the clerk of court and enter a not guilty plea. Since you were not personally stopped and issued the citation they cannot identify the driver. I assume this is not a red light camera ticket.
