What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I live in the state of Florida, we are presently at an impass after having a mediator sit in. My question is "can loans made to children be included in a divorce hearing? Will a judge actually rule to make someone else responsible for others debts?

I think that yes, it would be possible to include loans to children in the divorce settlement....depending on the overall facts of the situation. Particularly if the children were not children of both spouses.
