I had one ticket for careless driving in january.I went to court and it was transfer to non moving violation.This month i get ticket in NEW York for failure to obey sign.I was planning to make u -turn but i saw police car and i stopped but still i got ticket.My question is can i plead not guilty? or i already took advantage of not guilty plea for my carless driving violation.Please let me know so i can pay ticket or plead not guilty.And also how many points i will have if i plead guilty.I have NEw Jersey licence and i had ticket from NEW YORK.
