What is the name of your state?I live in Canada, actually in the province of BC. I received a speeding ticket on Saturday. My question is about the speeding ticket, if the peace officer did not ask me to sign the speeding ticket, does it mean the ticket is invalid? Also I noticed that the maximun speed limit permitted stated on the ticket is incorrect. Also the ticket did not state the speed I had. Thanks.
