What is the name of your state? connecticut...........how do i subpoena evidence being used against me? calibration tests(radar), police records, officers log etc....is this done through the court or the state police? what is the procedure?


ps...how much time is needed to do this? also can i get a continuance?

Hire a real attorney to help you.

Trying a case Pro Se is an extremely effective way to completely screw yourself. The Judge will NOT show you any leniency in following correct legal procedure. He can't, or he risks jeopardizing his impartiality. If you don't know exactly what you're doing, you might as well not even show up.

Look at yourselves... you're stumbling around in the dark. You're going to embarass yourselves.
