Hi there.

Can someone send me a link which shows the procedure involved in automated speed cameras in America.

I'm assuming that you are 'flashed', a notice is sent to the owner (which carries a penalty if you don't reply), the owner nominates the driver and the ticket is sent to that person. Is that the case?

I'm a moderator on a British website which deals with this kind of thing, and I was just wondering what the state of play was in this country.
