What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Colorado

We just moved to CO and noticed that many of the neighborhoods do not have fences. Many of the neighborhood kids go from yard to yard to play. We have a trampoline in our backyard. What happens if a neighbor's child uses our trampoline and gets hurt? Can we be sued for their injuries?

Thank you for your help.

Yup, definitely check your homeowner's policy. Many will exclude trampoline-related claims entirely, or they'll require you to list the trampoline on your policy and surcharge you for it.
