I am thinking about divorcing my husband - we got married outside of USA and he is a greencard holder - we have one child together i want to know what the status would be if i were to divorce him and wanted to leave the country with our child OR if I were to stay here would there be a problem - i am on an independant visa from my husband. HELP!!!
