What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Utah

I was divorced about a month ago. In the Decree it states that I would receive the hand tools and power tools. It did not itemized them. I went to get my property and my ex-wife had sold about $1000.00 of the power tools. Do I have any recourse for this.

You might have some recourse in small claims court if you can prove that the tools existed and that she sold them.
