What is the name of your state?NJ
Do I have to file contempt charges each and every time my X fails to fulfill his court ordered obligations? At this point I send monthly bills, then wait 4 to 6 mos to send certified, and then file contempt and enforcement charges, judge orders him to pay. And this is how we go, around and around. Is it going to be like this forever? Do the courts get tired of this cat and mouse game?
