What is the name of your state?florida, nc, texas
Hi, the persons in this story have "legal" florida driver licenses, she has been in nc for a year and he is stationed in texas.
Question, can he be discharged from the service for having an affair? Is it in the "military" rules?
I read an article saying "no one" has actually been discharged, but I want to know if it is possible AND if he would lose all his retirement.
Thanks

Yes, its possible that he could be discharged for adultery. I have read about cases where that happened. I have no idea whether or not that could also cause him to lose his retirement...but it might be the case.
