I am thinking of starting a business online. I will receive a commission from different companies based on the leads I give them. However, my costs will be advertising as well as I plan to give away items to people who complete a lead through me. What would be the best entity and are advertising cost and the gifts I give away in return for completing a lead tax deduductable since it is a cost of me getting a lead. I plan to be the only employee and do not intend to gross over $100,000 a year.
