What is the name of your state? I am outside the US, I am in Canada. I want a divorce but I can not locate my ex. How can I find her?

Talk to an attorney in Canada. We really don't know much of anything about Canadian law on this board (its for US law only) but you may not need to locate her in order to get a divorce. An attorney can tell you for sure.
