Hi,

Just started an .inc, company, and already need to change an officer and add a new office. so my questions are:

Do we need to amend the bylaws or articles of incorporation?
Do we need to register the change of officers with the county?
If we add a new office, bookkeeper, how do we record it? Does this also need to be recorded with the county?

I was hoping this to be an easy answer...

We just need to know what the proper way to record a change of personnel, our corporate secretary has changed, so how should we record this change?
