undefinedWhat is the name of your state? canada
I was wondering if I leave my husband and our home,am I allowed legally to take our 2 year old son,my husband seem to think I can;t.and he knows I won't leave him or the house with out our son.....I would stay in the same town. if that would make a different.

Yes, you can take your son with you. You have the same rights as dad.
