Hi I have a question I married a immigrant he's here legally he has a Visa.I
have a green card. We've only been married for 9 months were not living together right now we are separated. I found out that he's been cheating on me and I want a divorce I don't want to try to work things out I want a divorce a/s/a/p. He's willing to sign the divorve papers but I dont know what the whole process of getting a divorce I need help. this is my first time married and I don't know what to do.
