What is the name of your state? alabama. I want to know what the statute of limitations are for filling lawsuite in the state of alabama for a wrongful death suit. my husband was killed in Sept. of last year. my lawyer still has not filled law suite. i want to fire him and find another one. can i do that? my children and i are needing this to be over. worried that time is running out.
