divorce decreed

State of Oregon. If a couple has been divorced for 4 years and the wife was not awarded spousal support nor any rights to the husband's retirement can she go back 4 years later and try to have the divorce decreed redetermined and get spousal support and part of his retirement?

probably not unless he had been hiding assests and she found out about them now and can prove it
