Elderly service driver leaves wheelchair bound 77 yr old great grandmother on lift. Driver proceeds to take off elderly falls from lift which is about a 3-4 ft fall while stuck in wheelchair, she suffers broken neck (2 broken vertibraes) bleedin off the brain in 2 areas, 3 gashes on the head, broken hand, broken foot. The injurys the victim suffered should have killed her but her previous neck surgery saved her life, she had screws previously placed in her neck which ended up saving her life from this fall. Her previous surgery was to fix her vertibrae from pinchin on her nerves which could have resulted in to being paraylized. As of the moment she is stable & is in a nursing home rehab, she cannot stand up nor could she use her left foot. Please someone tell me how big of a lawsuit this is, how much should she be awarded, becuase these injuries could have taken this poor womans life, now she is afraind to get into vans.. Do you think this is a multi-million dollar case or few hundred thousand dollar case?

Ask for a billion, zillion dollars! Why don't you go to an attorney or two and get some advice based on the attorney reviewing the medical records, diagnosis, prognosis, future treatment, etc.

No one here can answer your question.
