I don't think home owner's insurance normally covers licensed vehicles (check your policy), and you would in no way be liable anyway (you had nothing to do with her stupidity). That would be covered by her vehicle collision/comprehensive, less her deductable (if she has that coverage), or her vehicle's property coverage for the tree if it was damaged.
