What is the name of your state?florida. we signed no formal partnership agreement but have joint access to bank accounts,records ---everything.H wants to dissolve our partnership with me leaving and him continuing as sole proprietor and I dont agree .

You don't have to have a partnership agreement in writing. Partnership agreements can be expressed or implied (through conduct). What is your question(s)?
 
There should be statues covering this. He can't be forced into staying in a partnership at-will that he doesn't want anymore. Dissolve and wind up the partnership (splitting assets, liabilities and profits accordingly). You may want an accountant.
