me and a guy went in partnership with a tanning salon he wants me to buy him out cause business isnt doing good and i dont have the money we are also behind on the bills including lease and payment for business i need to know know where i stand and what i can do the payments on the business are thru a individual and she is willing to work with me but as far as whats inside is it split 50-50 or what he seems to think that he gets it all
