What is the name of your state?California, If i settled a malpractice suit of $287,500.00 what is the amount of fee's my lawyer can take? I Know my contract say's 40% of 1st $50,000.00 33 1/3 % of 2nd $50,000.00 25% of the next five-hundred thousand. Then what is the total my lawyer get's ? Please help Thank You
