What is the name of your state?California :

I am on a H1B visa (Working as Software Consultant) and wish to Start my OWN LLC or S-Corp and transfer my Visa to my Company and continue Working as a SOFTWARE CONSULTANT. This is because I want all benefits to pass to me directly for the Skills / time i Work.
IS This Possible to do this.
