There are two ways a family member may assume an existing license and all attached classifications. As long as the applicant has the required experience. If the original contractor dies, or is " unavailable" to keep business running. I can't find any definition of "unavailable" & I'm trying to take over since my father has to take care of his parents 24/7. This could cover a very broad area & could be just what I need instead of having to wait for an exam date for three different classifications? Any ideas?
