my boyfriend & i moved 4 months ago because of the horrible mold in our hollywood, ca rented apt. they cleaned it up & just painted over some of it(i have pics). the management did not take it seriously & it took awhile to get them to do the job correctly. (i have documented dates of all repairs & correspondence w/management). it came back after the first cleaning & they cleaned again, but the apt. never smelled right (mold located in walk-in closet next to bed). we have not felt good since this whole thing started. (even after all these months still having probs.) are we still entitled to sue & do we have any kind of case? thanks for the help.
