What is the name of your state? NJ

My father formed a one-member LLC in NJ to operate a beauty salon. He would like to get out of this business and transfer the ownership of the salon to me (his son). Everything else (company name, business name, and how it operates) stays the same. What is the proper way to transfer the business ownership?
