Contract to see home and still live there

I live in Florida. I have been told by my neighbor that there is a type of contract that can be set up that will allow me to sell my home but live in it until i die. I know about the reverse mortgage but she says this is something different. She obviously does not know what the name of it is and i have searched everywhere and i cannot find out the name of this type of contract.
