What is the name of your state? Tennessee

Was wanting to know if their are any precedents on cases of Wrongful deaths on a boat in the water that have involved an underage drinking male operating the boat and a female falling off the boat and dying.

There would be cause of action against the owner of the boat at least for allowing the under age male to drink alcohol and operate the boat.
