NYS. My great uncle sold my cousin a house for $1 using quit deed when first diagnosed w/ Alzhimers. The doc told him to get his affairs in order. Now about 2 yrs later he has become worse. Does my cousin need to keep him out of a nursing home for 3 full yrs? If he goes will my cousin lose the house?
