I have just gotten papers from DCFS and ther are downright lies and multiple mistakes in co called "information" included in the report. I pointed this out to both DCFS and my court appointed attorney and was ignored. This involves my 17 year old son, who has a history of making reports about "alleged" abuse. How can I make DCFS correct their paperwork. I HAVE NO CRIMINAL OR MEDICAL HISTORY WHATSOEVER!!! That they have to "substantiate" their claims, to the contrary I have documentaion (MEDICAL & LEGAL) and statements from reputable people to discount them. What recourse do I have? They have done this thing to many many people and most of us just give in because we don't have the resources or finances to fight them so our records are permenantly ruined. PLEASE HELP.
