What is the name of your state? CA I would like to know if im on workmans comp. and a creditor gets a judgement against me can they garnishment my workmans comp. payments? :confused: :confused:

My response:

Yes. And, the creditor can also file and serve a judgment lien against any future settlement with the Workers' Compensation insurance company. The way the creditor does this is by hauling you back into court for a Judgment Debtor's hearing. That's always fun.
