What is the name of your state? Mississippi
A previous foster child (now adult) was drawing workman's comp and is now incarcerated but not yet convicted. Is it legal and normal procedure for checks to stop upon incarceration?

That is a great questioin I haven't seen yet.

I couldn't tell you the legal answer, but if this world were logical then yes, since the foster child couldn't be working if he's incarcerated so no need to compensate for something that doesn't exist.

I look forward to an answer from one of the sharpy's here that does know.
