My husband has sole proprietor ownership of his business in China. I solely own a house in California and in Singapore. I am afraid of the unlimited liability that I may incur if my husband's company become indebt oversea. I would like to know if there is any way I can protect my assets beforehand just in case my husband's company may get in trouble or be indebt oversea.
